MEISJES / GIRLS

In my work I focus on relationships and dynamics between people. I am particularly interested in friendships and love between young people. My projects study how people relate to one another and my photographs provide insight into these interactions.

I started this project because I was curious about today’s lesbians. I photographed the girls outside and while they were clubbing, paying particular attention to mutual expressions of intimacy.
